Welcome to Rewayet. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and purchase of products from Rewayet. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

🛒 2. Ordering & Placing an Order

  1. Browse products and add desired items to cart.

  2. Review your cart and click Checkout.

  3. Provide delivery details and choose payment method.

  4. Confirm and place the order.

  5. You will receive an order confirmation email to the address you provide — this confirms we received your order, not that it has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we process and dispatch the goods.

💳 3. Prices & Payment

  1. All prices shown on the Site are in BDT and include taxes where stated.

  2. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

  3. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer / mobile banking (bKash/Nagad) / cash on delivery (if available) / card payments (as enabled). Payment must be made in full before dispatch for prepaid options.

  4. If a payment fails or is disputed, we may cancel the order.

🚚 4. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Delivery area: Bhulta Gawsiya, Rupganj, Narayanganj, Bangladesh (and other areas if offered).

  2. Shipping time: estimated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  3. Delivery steps (step-by-step):

    • Order confirmed → packed at our warehouse.

    • Shipped via chosen courier.

    • Tracking info provided when available.

    • Delivered to address provided.

  4. Please ensure the delivery address and phone number are correct. Re-delivery or address-change requests may incur additional fees.

↩️ 5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  1. Eligibility: Inspect items on delivery. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery via email info@rewayet.com or phone 01947425275.

  2. Return reasons accepted: damaged on arrival, wrong item shipped, or manufacturing defect.

  3. Non-returnable items: items damaged by misuse, perishable goods, or items marked non-returnable at purchase.

  4. Process (step-by-step):

    • Contact us with order number, photos, and issue description.

    • We review and give return approval if eligible.

    • On approval, send item back per our instructions.

    • After inspection, we will issue exchange, repair or refund.

  5. Refund timeline: Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund method follows original payment method.

  1. You may cancel a preorder or pending order before dispatch. Contact us immediately.

  2. If cancellation is after dispatch, standard return process applies; shipping charges may not be refundable.

🔒 7. Warranty & Product Descriptions

  1. We strive for accurate product descriptions. Minor variations (color/texture) may occur.

  2. Any manufacturer warranty details are provided with the product where applicable. We are not the manufacturer unless stated.

  1. Local taxes are included where specified. For international orders (if any), import duties or taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
