1️⃣ Order Processing (How we prepare your order)

  1. We confirm your order immediately after payment or COD confirmation.

  2. Processing time: within 24–48 hours (working days).

  3. Once ready, we hand your parcel to our delivery partner and send you a tracking update via email/SMS.


2️⃣ Shipping Areas (Where we deliver)

  • 🏘️ Local (Narayanganj — Rupganj: Bhulta, Gawsiya and nearby)

  • 🌆 Adjacent districts (nearby areas around Narayanganj)

  • 🇧🇩 Nationwide — Door-to-door delivery across Bangladesh


3️⃣ Shipping Charges (Simple & fixed)

All charges are shown in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). These are our standard rates — we can customize them for special campaigns or promotions.

  • 📦 Local (Narayanganj — Rupganj): BDT 40 per order

  • 🚚 Nearby districts (outside Rupganj): BDT 80 per order

  • 🌍 Nationwide: BDT 120 per order

  • 💵 Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional BDT 40 (applies if you choose COD)

Free shipping: Orders of BDT 1,500 or more get free standard shipping (applies to nationwide charges; COD fee still applies if COD chosen).


4️⃣ Delivery Time (Estimated)

  • ⏱️ Local (Narayanganj/Rupganj): 1 — 2 business days after dispatch

  • 🕒 Nearby districts: 2 — 3 business days after dispatch

  • 🚛 Nationwide: 2 — 5 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times depend on courier availability and national holidays. Remote areas may take a bit longer.


5️⃣ Tracking & Notifications

  • 🔔 After dispatch you will receive:

    • An email with order & tracking details

    • An SMS (if phone provided) with courier tracking number

  • 🔎 Use the tracking number on the courier’s website or contact us and we’ll track for you.


6️⃣ Packaging & Safety

  • 📦 We use quality, protective packaging tailored to each product — bubble wrap, padded mailers, and secure boxes.

  • 🔒 Fragile items are clearly labeled and handled with extra care.


7️⃣ Return, Exchange & Refund Policy (Short & clear)

  1. Eligibility: Returns or exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery only for:

    • Damaged items on arrival, or

    • Wrong items delivered.

  2. 📝 How to claim: Email info@rewayet.com or call 01947425275 with: order number, photos of the product/packaging, and a short description.

  3. 🔁 Inspection: After we review photos, we will instruct the courier for return pickup or ask you to drop at a designated point.

  4. 💸 Refund: Once returned items are inspected and approved, refund is processed within 3–7 business days (refund to original payment method).

  5. 🚫 Non-returnable items: Items damaged by misuse, opened consumables (if hygiene sealed), or clearly stated “non-returnable” on product page.

  • If tracking shows prolonged delay or “lost”, inform us at info@rewayet.com or 01947425275.

  • We will coordinate with the courier to locate the parcel. If permanently lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund after investigation.
